Do you speak it? If so please share. I'd like to learn about it.

I'm asking! I'm asking! Smile
What would be the first thing you'd teach someone new to the language? What is important to know before you could begin learning? Like, if I were to teach you english I'd first make clear that it is a confusing language that there is no hope of understanding Smile

I got a Mongolian course from the internet and it is helping but it isn't enough. Byki is the name of the course. I wish I could get some more help. Some help is coming from my Mongolian friends little at a time. My friend Erdene helped a lot with links etc. I got help from my friend Muugii and Kheruugaa. Thanks so much for all their help. But I wish there was someone here I could practice with. It is hard to try to communicate with Mongols in Mongolia the time difference. The Mongolian Embassy in America is supposed to come up with an internet course that would be taught by a professor of Mongolian Language. That is what I am hoping for so I can be consistant in my studies.

Oh, I forgot. The most important thing was the alphabet. I was lost before I got that Mongolian alphabet and oh another thing. Don't use transliterated. It confused me so much I was speaking a really weird American Mongolian using those English letters.
